Experience
Ray is one of the founding partners of Accounting and Consulting Group. He serves as the firm’s Managing Partner and Partner-in-Charge of the Carlsbad office. Before he helped form Accounting and Consulting Group, Ray worked for an international accounting firm.

More at home in a sport shirt and khakis than in a suit and tie, Ray is known and regarded for his straightforward and unassuming manner. Both clients and team members appreciate his approach. In addition to his role as Managing Partner, he delivers accounting, audit, and tax services to clients in many different industries, including health care organizations, construction companies, and governmental agencies.

Professional Activities
Ray has chaired the New Mexico Society Peer Review Committee and is a former member of the AICPA Peer Review Board and the PCPS Peer Review Committee. He has served as the Chairman of the AICPA Oversight Task Force for the Peer Review Board. He is currently serving on the PCPS Executive Committee and the AICPA Government Audit Quality Center Executive Committee. Ray has been involved in the formation of Professional Standards in the area of Quality Control.
